After starting my career in research and earning my psychology diploma in 2007, I worked in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA—both as a consultant and director in various management consultancies and as an HR manager for a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, I founded my own ventures while completing my PhD in organizational psychology.

Driven by my commitment to a scientific foundation, I established the private institute Psychology4Agility (P4A) in 2021. As agility became a mainstream trend, I found that much of the discussion lacked depth and substance. This led me to analyze the psychological foundations of topics such as agility, change, New Work, and resilience. From this work, I developed training programs for Agile Coaches, eLearning courses, and tools such as assessments for measuring the Agile Culture Code. Additionally, I am an international keynote speaker.

With the founding of SynergyMind Consulting, I positioned myself and my team to take on larger international projects and expand customized and full-spectrum 360° feedback solutions, psychological assessments, and HR training programs, alongside leadership development.

To date, I have authored five books on leadership assessment, personality and leadership, agile leadership, agile culture, and future competencies. Additionally, I have contributed articles to numerous management and HR magazines.
