  • Workshops and seminars

    Our workshops and seminars are usually 1-3 days on one topic. Self-reflection (e.g. personality tests to identify strengths) or feedback via 360° feedback can be components.

  • Targeted large-scale training via webinars and eLearning
    We prepare learning content specifically according to your needs and use webinars and/or eLearning formats to ensure that it is accessible for all.

  • Development of a division-wide or company-wide leadership program
    We design a tailor-made development program in close consultation with you. For the whole company, or just for one area (e.g. a business unit or function). These are usually multi-module programs, e.g. 4x2 days, with coaching and peer learning between the modules. We are happy to run the program for you with a team of trainers. However, we also work in tandem with internal trainers or hand over the program to internal implementation after a train-the-trainer session. If you have international branches, we also offer the program in English, as well as - if desired - locally in the national language. Here we work with an international network of trainers.

  • Expansion of existing offers for managers
    If you already have a management program or individual further training offers for managers, we are happy to expand these. For example, we can develop topic-specific supplements (e.g. on resilience, agile leadership, new work & modern leadership, psychology of change) in a 0.5 to 2-day format. We can conduct these or provide you with a train-the-trainer package.

      Personality not only influences our reputation or how we interact with others and our working style. It influences how we make decisions, how we evaluate risks and opportunities, how we interpret the behavior of others and how we perceive our environment.

      If you know your personality, you become aware of your own tendencies and learn to better understand those of other people.

      Basically, there are no good or bad personality profiles. But there are - depending on the requirements of a job, for example - more suitable and less suitable profiles. A less suitable profile certainly harbors challenges, but also unique potential that needs to be worked out.
